Abstract
Tematika ovog diplomskog rada je tehnička ispravnost vozila na cesti. Velikim brojem nesreća i ozljedama drugih sudionika u prometu EU je odlučila propisati novu direktivu 2014/47EU. Sukladno novoj direktivi 2014/47EU povečan je broj neočekivanih tehničkih pregleda vozila na cesti. Opisani su potrebni uvjeti za provedbu tehničkog pregleda vozila na cesti, te detaljan postupak provjere tehničkih ispravnosti i pouzdanosti teretnih automobila, autobusa i priključnih vozila najveće dopuštene mase veće od 7500 kg. Mjesta na kojima su se odvijale akcije pregleda na cesti i stanice za tehnički pregled vozila prikazane su na Google maps-u, korištenjem web aplikacije Google fusion tables. Cijeli proces geokodiranja potreban za izradu vlastitog Google maps-a prikazan je priručnikom u kojem je opisani svaki korak geokodiranja. Na kraju diplomskog rada opisani su prikupljeni podatci vezani uz tehničku ispravnost vozila na cesti i prikazani u obliku preglednih dijagrama i statistički obrađenog izvješća.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this master thesis is the tehnical validity of the road vehicles. Due to a large number of traffic accidents European Union has introduced new directive 2014/47EU. In accordance with the new directive 2014/47EU the number of unexpected roadside general inspections. All the necessary conditions for conducting roadside general inspection and detailed procedure for validating technical reliability of cargo trucks, buses and vehicles with trailers with a maximum permissible mass greather than 7500 kilograms are described in this master thesis. Locations on which roadside general inspections were conducted and locations of general inspection stations are displayed via Google Maps application with use of Google fusion tables. The entire process of geocoding required to generate specialized Google map is shown in the manual that describes each step of geocoding. In the final chapter of this master thesis all collected data on technical validity of road vehicles are analyzed and presented in the form of review charts and a statistically processed report.
