Abstract
Tema rada je numerička analiza izlaznog vratila mjenjača brzina mopeda Tomos. Proračun mjenjača je obrađen kao tema Završnog rada te je ovaj rad nastavak Završnog rada. Uvodnim dijelom predstavljene su preinake napravljene u Završnom radu. Nakon uvoda ukratko je opisana metoda konačnih elemenata te korišteni konačni elementi za provedbu numeričkih analiza. Nakon uvoda prikazani su verifikacijski modeli pomoću kojih su odabrani odgovarajući konačni elementi. Rezultati numeričkih analiza jednostavnih primjera uspoređivani su s dobivenim rezultatima poznatih analitičkih izraza. Glavni dio rada obuhvaća numeričku analizu izlaznog vratila mjenjača u ovisnosti o kutu zakreta vratila. Kontrolirana su kritična mjesta vratila. Nakon provedenih analiza predložena je djelomična rekonstrukcija izlaznog vratila. Osim toga, prikazani su i prokomentirani rezultati numeričke analize nakon djelomične rekonstrukcije izlaznog vratila. Na kraju rada slijedi zaključak u kojem je zaokružena kompletna tema preinake mjenjača brzina mopeda Tomos.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the numerical analysis of the output shaft of the gearbox of the Tomos moped. The calculation of the gearbox was a topic of Undergraduate thesis so this paper is a continuation to it. The Introductory section presents the modifications made as a part of Undergraduate thesis. After it, the finite element method was briefly described and final elements used for numerical analyzes. After the Introduction, the verification models are shown by which the corresponding finite elements was selected. Results of numerical analyzes of simple examples were compared with the results of known analytical expressions. The main part of this thesis involves the numerical analysis of the output shaft of the gearbox depending on the angle of the shaft rotation. Shafts critical points were controlled. After finished analyzes, a partial reconstruction of the output shaft was suggested. In addition, the results of the numerical analysis after partial reconstruction of the output shaft were also presented and commented. In the end of this thesis, there is the conclusion in which a completed whole of the adaptation of the gearbox of the Tomos moped was concluded.
