Abstract
S porastom broja različitih tržišno dostupnih polimera prikladnih za preradbu ekstrudiranjem, postoji potreba za razvojem odgovarajućeg ispitnog postava kojim bi se ti materijali mogli eksperimentalno prerađivati. U ovom radu izrađen je idejni projekt modernizacije uređaja za ekstrudiranje polimera. U uvodnom dijelu opisani su ekstruderi, njihov princip rada, te njihove glavne komponente. U drugom dijelu diplomskog rada opisano je idejno rješenje revitalizacije stroja za ekstrudiranje, opisan je i obrazložen izbor odgovarajućih komponenata, konstruirane su sve potrebne pozicije i u prilogu su dane strujne sheme.
Abstract (english)
In the recent years, there has been a significant increase of different types of polymers on the market, which raised a need to develop an experimental polymer extrusion machine with which those materials could be tested. This thesis describes the retrofitting of polymer extrusion machine into testbed platform suitable for testing different types of polymers. The theoretical part describes working principles of extrusion machines, as well as their main components. The second part of this thesis focuses on the retrofitting of the existing extrusion machine. In scope of this work a suitable control system has been designed, including the design of all required mechanical components.
