| Abstract | U ovom diplomskom radu provedena je hidroelastična analiza ultra velikog kontejnerskog broda nosivosti 19000 TEU, sprezanjem 3D modela konačnih elemenata konstrukcije i 3D hidrodinamičkog modela potencijalnog strujanja. Korišten je programski paket HOMER, ustupljen od klasifikacijskog društva Bureau Veritas, Pariz. Proračun je proveden u skladu s WhiSp metodologijom, i to na WhiSp1 razini koja definira postupak spektralne analize zamora s utjecajem linearnog pruženja. Tehnička dokumentacija analiziranog broda i 3D model konačnih elemenata konstrukcije ustupljeni su od brodogradilišta Hyundai Heavy Industries, Co., Ltd., iz Ulsana, Južna Koreja, a hidrodinamički model i integracijska mreža generirani su direktno u programskom paketu HOMER. Uz teorijske osnove hidroelastičnosti brodskih i pomorskih konstrukcija, u radu su ukratko opisana modelska ispitivanja, numerički proračuni i ispitivanja u naravi, kao komponente suvremenog integralnog pristupa u istraživanju hidroelastičnosti. Uz opis WhiSp metodologije i korištene programske podrške, dan je tehnički opis broda i korištenih proračunskih modela. Rezultati uključuju izračunate razine zamornog vijeka odabranog konstrukcijskog detalja bez utjecaja pruženja i s njim, pri čemu je potvrđeno da linearno pruženje smanjuje eksploatacijski period odabranog strukturnog detalja, te ga je potrebno uzeti u obzir kod direktnih proračuna. Štoviše, imajući u vidu relativno mnogo kombinacija susretnog kuta, valnih frekvencija i brzina broda, koje se moraju uzeti u obzir pri proračunu zamornog oštećenja (što uzrokuje razmjerno dugotrajne proračune), posebice je analiziran utjecaj koraka susretnog kuta na rezultate proračuna. |
| Abstract (english) | In this thesis, the hydroelastic analysis of ultra large container ship of 19,000 TEU is preformed by coupling 3D FEM structural ship model with the 3D potential flow hydrodynamic model. For that purpose, the software HOMER was applied, which has been provided by classification society Bureau Veritas, Paris. The calculation was preformed in accordance with the WhiSp methodology, at WhiSp1 level which defines the procedure of spectral fatigue analysis with linear springing effect. Technical documentation of the analyzed ship and 3D FEM structural ship model were provided from Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Ulsan, South Korea, while hydrodynamic model and integration mesh were generated directly by means of HOMER software. Along with theoretical assumptions of hydroelasticity of ships and offshore structures, short description of model tests, numerical approaches and full-scale measurements, as components of integral hydroelastic assessment approach, are presented. Together with the description of WhiSp methodology and used software, technical details of ship and numerical models are given. The results include calculated fatigue damages/lives for certain set of details with effect of springing and without it, whereas it has been confirmed that linear springing reduces exploitation period of structural details, and therefore should be taken into account within the direct calculations. Moreover, bearing in mind relatively large number of combinations of headings, wave frequencies and operating speeds to be taken in the fatigue damage calculations, influence of heading step was considered. |
