This master’s thesis present a technical solution for heating, cooling and ventilation systems for an administrative building. The building is located in the Poreč area and consist of four storeys with storage, archives, offices, canteens, sanitary facilities and meeting rooms. The building has a total usable area of 4600 m2. The heat balance calculation was made according to the HRN EN 12831 standard while the project heat gains according to the VDI directive 2078. The central heating system was designed with central air conditioning in three air handling units. Ventilation requirements are calculated using the EN 15251 standard. The total heating need of the building is 257 kW, while the cooling requirement is 245 kW. The "IntegraCad" computer program was used to calculate the heat balance and project heat gains. The source of the heating effect is a gas condensing boiler while the heat load is drained off by dry-cooler with working fluid of water-25% ethylene glycol. All the equipment is located on the roof of the building. Radiators and induction devices, ie. active beams, are used in the heating system as distribution equipment and the same active beams are connected through the four-way pipe to the cooling system. The hydraulic calculation of air ducts and piping networks of the heating and cooling media is drawn and carried out using the REVIT program and its accessories "MagicCAD Piping" and "MagicCad Ventilation". This paper presents the technical calculations of equipment selection and noise calculation for the room closest to the air handling unit. At the end of the work is an overview of the technical drawings defining the layout of the system components, their control and the connections.
