Abstract
Kočnice služe za usporavanje kretanja vozila ili za potpuno zaustavljanje. U današnje vrijeme, disk kočnice se najviše primjenjuju u kočionom sustavu. U tom slučaju, smanjenje brzine motornog vozila ostvaruje se trenjem između kočione obloge i kočionog diska. Danas postoje različiti tipovi kočionih diskova i obloga koji se proizvode u automobilskoj industriji. Ovaj rad daje pregled materijala koji se koriste za izradu takvih kočnica. Da bi se poboljšala funkcija ovog tribosustava, važno je razvijati odgovarajuće kompatibilne materijale.
Abstract (english)
The brakes are used to slow the movement of the vehicle or to stop it completely. Nowadays, the disc brakes are the most used in braking system. In this case, the deceleration of motor vehicle is achieved by friction between the brake pads and the brake disc. Today, there are several types of brake discs and pads which are produced in the car industry. This paper provides a review of the materials used in this manufacture. In order to improve the function of this tribo system, it is important to develop the appropriate combinations of materials.
