Abstract
U završnom radu se proučavaju trendovi kod postupaka obrade odvajanjem čestica. Rad je podijeljen na četiri dijela. U prvom se posvetilo promjenama koje se događaju u proizvodnji. Nakon toga slijede predstavljanja novijih postupaka kojima se nastoji zadovoljiti različite zahtjeve proizvodnje. U drugom dijelu su opisani konvencionalni postupci, njihovi principi rada te istraživanja i primjena. U trećem dijelu se radi o nekonvencionalnim ili naprednim postupcima, a u 4., ujedno i posljednjem dijelu, se opisuju konvencionalne i nekonvencionalne mikro obrade. Mikro obrade su jedan od zahtjeva koji se postavlja pred suvremenu proizvodnju i predstavljaju izazov za primjenu jer ih se ne može shvaćati prema istim principima kao makro obrade. Zbog toga se također predstavlja i neke od prepreka i fizikalnih pojava koje bi trebalo pobliže proučiti kako bi se uspješno savladale.
Abstract (english)
The undergraduate thesis examines the trends in machining processes. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first is dedicated to the changes underway in production. Furthermore, the newer trends developed to satisfy the various demands of manufacturing are presented. The second part deals with traditional processes, their work principles, research on the subject and applications. The topic of the third is nontraditional or advanced processes, and both traditional and nontraditional micro processes are described in the fourth and also the last part. Micro processes are one of the requirements for modern manufacturing and they pose a challenge because they don't follow the same principles as macro processes. Therefore, some of the obstacles and physical phenomena, that need further investigation to be successfully overcame, will also be presented.
