Abstract
U ovom radu osmišljeno je, konstruirano i izrađeno kućište za čitač QR kodova – QrBox postupkom FDM aditivne proizvodnje. Kućište je namijenjeno za ugradnju na zid na ulasku u prostorije. U kućištu su predviđena mjesta za ugradnju Raspberry Pi računala, pripadajuće kamere i LED ekrana. Također su navedene i objašnjene smjernice za općenito konstruiranje proizvoda za aditivnu proizvodnju, povijest aditivne proizvodnje, kao i usporedba aditivne proizvodnje i injekcijskog prešanja na primjeru kućišta za čitač QR kodova. Kako bi se lakše predočio izgled i cilj konstruiranja kućišta napravljeni su realni 3D prikazi sklopa kao i pojedinih sklopnih dijelova. Isto tako opisan je način budućeg funkcioniranja čitača kako bi se opravdala konstrukcija istoga.
Abstract (english)
In this paper housing for QR code reader – QrBox is designed, constructed and produced using FDM additive technology. The housing is intended for installation on the wall by the entrance to premises. The enclosure provides space for the installation of Raspberry Pi computer, related camera and LED screen. Also in the paper there are general guidelines for designing products with additive technology, history of additive production and the comparison of additive production with injection molding on the example of the housing for the QR code reader. In order to make it easier to see the purpose of the enclosure 3D renders are made. Paper also describes the way in which the reader works to justify the construction.
