Abstract
Projektiranje tehnoloških procesa jedna je od ključnih aktivnosti u stvaranju proizvoda. Detaljna analiza tehnoloških procesa omogućuje njihovo optimiranje što uz primjenu novih tehnologija i koncepta Industrije 4.0 omogućuje bolju organizaciju i praćenje proizvodnje, a samim time i veću produktivnost poduzeća. Opisano je poduzeće OMP – Obrada metala i prikazan raspored proizvodnje. Napravljena je analiza tehnoloških procesa reprezentanata koji predstavljaju proizvodni program poduzeća. Provedena je simulacija proizvodnje odabranih reprezentanata kako bi se odredili kapaciteti poduzeća i uska grla te predložila unapređenja proizvodnog procesa.
Abstract (english)
Technological processes planning is one of the key activities in product creation. Detailed analysis of technological processes enables their optimization and with application of new technologies and the concept of Industry 4.0, allowing better organization and monitoring of production, and hence greater company productivity. The company OMP – Obrada metala is described and the production schedule is presented. An analysis of the technological processes of representatives which represent the company’s production program is made. Simulation of the production of selected representatives was carried out to determine the capacity of the company and the bottleneck and suggested the improvement of the production process.
