Abstract
Otpadno vozilo je vozilo koje radi oštećenja, dotrajalosti i drugih uzroka posjednik odbacuje, namjerava ili mora odbaciti. Gospodarenje otpadnim vozilima i njihovim dijelovima obuhvaća sakupljanje, obradu, ponovnu uporabu dijelova otpadnih vozila, ponovnu obradu te zbrinjavanje preostalog otpada koji se ne može oporabiti. U okviru ovog diplomskog rada opisana je hijerarhija i sustavi gospodarenja otpadnim vozilima prema Pravilniku o gospodarenju otpadnim vozilima te Direktivi o otpadu. Nadalje, predstavljene su mogućnosti IDIS sustava te u nastavku opisane sve faze obrade otpadnog vozila. U eksperimentalnom dijelu kvalitativno i kvantitativno je ispitan sastav otpadnih materijala na reprezentativnom uzorku dobivenom nakon mehaničke obrade. Dan je osvrt na primijenjene tehnologije obrade s obzirom na Direktivu o otpadu 2008/98/EZ te konačni prijedlog za poboljšanje postojećih postupaka obrade.
Abstract (english)
A waste vehicle is a vehicle that is damaged, worn out or in any other way at the end of its life expectancy and a vehicle its possessor discards, intends to discard or has to discard. Waste vehicles and their parts management includes collection, processing, reuse of waste parts, re- treatment and the disposal of residual waste that cannot be reworked. Within this Master’s thesis, the hierarchy and waste management systems are described in accordance with state laws and the European Union Waste Directive. Furthermore, the possibilities of the IDIS system are presented and all the waste vehicle processing phases are described. In the experimental part, the materials composition is examined both qualitatively and quantitatively on a representative sample obtained after mechanical processing of the waste vehicle. A review of applied processing technologies with regard to the EU Waste Directive is given and a final proposal on improving the existing processing procedures is made.
