Abstract
SAŽETAK U radu je prikazan termodinamički proračun sušare za postizanje linijske , kontinuirane proizvodnje suhog materijala. Sušenje materijala vrši se dovođenjem topline strujom vrućeg zraka i provođenjem topline kroz plohe valjaka zaduženih za transport i sušenje materijala. Projektirani sustav koristi kombinaciju protusmjernog i istosmjernog strujanja zraka u komori sušenja. Za navedenu kombinaciju bilo je potrebno dimenzionirati konstrukciju sušare. Zbog osjetljivosti materijala, osigurali su se potpuno ujednačeni uvjeti sušenja tijekom cijele godine, primjenom optočnog sušenja .Za to je bilo potrebno proračunati i dimenzionirati lamelni izmjenjivač topline za predgrijanje zraka u sustavu optočnog sušenja. Za cirkulaciju povratnog zraka i dobavu vanjskog okolišnog zraka proračunati su i dimenzionirani potrebni ventilatori.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is thermodynamic analysis of dryer for in-line, continuous dry product production. Product drying mechanism is combination of hot air convective type dryer and cylinder conduction type dryer. Dryer design is combination of cocurrent and countercurrent geometry flow type dryers and therefore dryer is constructed to fullfill requirements of application. Because of sensitivity of material, same drying conditions have been maintained throughout the year by return-air system application. To preheat air in return-air system, finned-tube heat exchanger was designed. To circulate return-air and ambient air throughout the dryer, suitable fans have been designed.
