Abstract
Motori s unutarnjim izgaranjem su toplinski strojevi u kojima se kemijska energija sadržana u gorivu izgaranjem prvo pretvara u toplinsku energiju, a potom iz toplinske energije u mehanički rad. Prilikom proizvodnje i tijekom eksploatacije, takvi se motori podvrgavaju ispitivanjima na ispitnim uređajima, tzv. motornim kočnicama. Cilj ovog rada je konstruirati napravu za prihvat motora ručnih strojeva za kočnicu Zöllner VA-100 AC DAM 4 RS. Nakon kategorizacije motora prema Uredbi 2016/1628, obavljena je analiza tržišta ručnih strojeva i odabrano je nekoliko predstavnika svakog od spomenutih strojeva. Na temelju navedene analize ustanovljeni su okvirni zahtjevi za napravu za prihvat motora te je osmišljeno 5 koncepata koji bi u određenoj mjeri zadovoljili gore spomenute zahtjeve. Težište koncepta stavlja se na rješenje pozicioniranja motora te osiguranje koaksijalnosti vratila motora i motorne kočnice. Vrednovanjem koncepata odabrano je konačno rješenje koje je detaljno razrađeno. Nakon proračuna kritičnih dijelova, naprava za prihvat motora je modelirana u programu Siemens NX 10 u kojem je izrađena i sva tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
Internal combustion engines are thermal machines in which chemical energy contained in the fuel is firstly converted into thermal energy, and then into mechanical work. These engines are taken through performance checks on test devices called motor brakes during their manufacture and life cycle. The purpose of this paper is to construct a mounting device for handheld devices for the Zöllner VA-100 AC DAM 4 RS brake. Once engine categorization according to the Regulation 2016/1628 is complete, market research of handheld devices was underway and several specimens of the machines in question have been chosen. Based on the conducted analysis, tentative demands for the engine mounting device have been established. As a result, there are 5 concepts which would satisfy the aforementioned demands. The central point of the concept is weighted upon delivering a solution for engine positioning and ensuring motor shaft and brake concentricity. After concept appraisal, the final solution was selected and developed in detail. Following the evaluation of the most critical parts, the engine mounting device was modeled in the Siemens NX 10 program along with all accompanying technical documentation.
