Abstract
U ovom radu prikazano je projektno rješenje sustava grijanja zgrade dječjeg vrtića. Zgrada se nalazi na području Karlovačke županije u općini Josipdol te se proteže na dvije etaže korisne površine 1025 m2. U prostorijama u kojima borave djeca (višenamjenske dvorane i skupne sobe vrtića) kao izvor topline predviđeno je podno grijanje s temperaturnim režimom 38/32°C, a za potrebe grijanja ostalih prostorija koristi se srednjetemperaturni sustav s radijatorima temperaturnog režima 65/50°C. Ukupni projektni toplinski gubici zgrade su izračunati prema normi HRN EN 12831 te iznose 65376 W. Kao izvor topline koristi se kotao na biomasu. Kotao i ekspanzijska posuda se nalaze u toplinskoj podstanici u prizemlju zgrade. Kao ogrjevna tijela koriste se podni grijači 17x2 dimenzionirani pomoću programa IntegraCAD te radijatori proizvođača Lipovica dimenzionirani prema izračunatim toplinskim gubicima svake prostorije.
Abstract (english)
This paper presents the design solution for the heating system of a kindergarden. The building is located in Karlovac County area Josipdol and extends to two floors of useful floor area of 1025 m2. In rooms where children habit (multipurpose halls and group rooms) underfloor heating is used with a low - temperature mode 38/32°C, while other rooms use radiators with a medium – temperature mode 65/50°C. The total project losses of the building were calculated according to the HRN EN 12831 standard and amount 65376 W. A biomass boiler is used as the source of heat. The boiler, pump and expansion vessels are located in the ground floor thermal substation. The 17x2 floor heaters, which are dimensioned by IntegraCAD, are used as heating bodies as well as Lipovica radiators which are dimensioned according to the calculated heat losses of each room.
