Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada bio je utvrditi kako parametri precipitacijskoga očvrsnuća utječu na abrazijsku otpornost precipitacijski očvrsnute aluminijske legure Al-Zn-Mg. Pod parametrima precipitacijskoga očvrsnuća podrazumijevaju se brzina gašenja u fazi homogenizacije te temperatura i vrijeme grijanja u fazi dozrijevanja. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisano je precipitacijsko očvrsnuće, precipitacijski očvrstive Al-legure te trošenje, osnovni mehanizmi trošenja, abrazijsko trošenje i fenomen kritične veličine abrazivnoga zrna. U eksperimentalnom dijelu utvrđeno je da brzina gašenja u fazi homogenizacije te temperatura i vrijeme grijanja u fazi dozrijevanja imaju veliki utjecaj na konačna svojstva materijala. Najviša tvrdoća i najveća otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje izmjereni su kod uzorka koji je homogeniziran na 490 °C i dozrijevan 4 sata na 130 °C. Viša postignuta tvrdoća materijala uglavnom znači i veću otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje. Kod većine ispitnih uzoraka izražen je fenomen kritične veličine abrazivnoga zrna.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this paper was to determinate how the parameters of precipitation hardening affect on abrasion wear of precipitation hardened aluminum alloy Al-Zn-Mg. The parameters of precipitation hardening are quenching speed after homogenization as well as the heating temperature and time in the ageing phase. Precipitation hardening, precipitation hardened Al-alloys as well as wear, wear mechanisms, abrasive wear and the critical abrasive particle size phenomenon are explained in the theoretical part. During the experimental part it was determined that the quenching speed after homogenization as well as the ageing temperature and time in the ageing phase have a great influence on the final material properties. Maximum hardness and maximun abrasive wear ressistance were meassured for the sample that were homogenizated at 490 °C and aged 4 hours at 130 °C. Higher material hardness mostly means higher abrasive wear ressistance. The majority of the samples displayed the critical abrasive particle size phenomenon.
