Abstract
U okviru diplomskog rada dan je prikaz konstrukcijske razrade dizala s jednostranim vođenjem od konceptualne razrade do potpune razrade tehničke dokumentacije. Dizalo s vođenjem na jednom zidu ima kabinu i protuuteg vodilicama ovješene samo na jedan zid. Povijesni pregled razvoja dizala uvod je u konceptualnu razradu te odabir najprikladnijeg rješenja sukladno parametrima zadanim u zadatku. Orijentacijskim proračunom dobivene su glavne računske veličine dizala: masa protuutega, dimenzije užeta te potrebna snaga motora. Prema potrebi, proračunati su još neki podsklopovi sustava: vitlo i nosiva konstrukcija kabine. Na kraju rada, priložena je odgovarajuća tehnička dokumentacija u vidu sklopnog crteža cijelog dizala zajedno sa sklopnim crtežima odabranih podsklopova: kabine, vitla te protuutega. Za modeliranje te izradu tehničke dokumentacije korišten je programski paket Solid Works. Za konstrukciju kabine, vitla te protuutega korišteni su standardizirani čelični profili. Komponente specifične za područje dizala, sklop za prihvat užeta te klizač za vođenje kabine, preuzete su iz kataloga Elbak Habulin.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, whole process of mechanical design, starting with concept generation to complete technical documentation for one side mounted elevator is elaborated. One side mounted elevator has cabin and counterweight with guide rails suspendend on one wall only. Historic development of elevator serves as introduction to conceptual development and selection of most suitable design according to task setting. Initial calculation provides us with basic values relevant for elevators: counterweight mass, rope dimensions and motor power. Also, calculation of winch and cabin is given. In the end, technical drawings of whole system and chosen subsystems is attached. Models and technical documentation was generated using SolidWorks package. In design of cabin, winch and counterweight, standardized steel profiles were used. Input from Elbak Habulin catalogue was used for elevator specific components, such as rope holder and cabin guide.
