Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je projektiranje konstrukcije podizne prekretne rampe za RO-RO brod za prijevoz automobila i kamiona (LOA= 150 m, B= 26 m, D= 8,8 m, T= 6,0 m) po pravilima klasifikacijskog društva DNV-GL. Na početku rada prikazane su opće značajke rada kako bi se pokazale određene specifičnosti rampe. Po projektnim značajkama opisani su načini opterećenja kojima je rampa izložena uz skice vozila te njihovih rasporeda otisaka kotača koja će biti korištena u projektiranju rampe. S obzirom na okolnu brodsku strukturu određena je geometrija rampe. Po pravilima DNV-GL izračunate su strukturne dimenzije za zahtijevane slučajeve opterećenja. U programskom alatu MAESTRO napravljen je 3D model rampe po izračunatim dimenzijama te je provedena analiza metodom konačnih elemenata. Svi rezultati provjereni su po kriterijima strukturne podobnosti (popuštanje, progibi, izvijanje) izračunatih po pravilima DNV-GL. Za proračunatu konstrukciju izrađen je 3D model u programu Autodesk Inventor iz kojeg su se izvukli osnovni nacrti. Za dobivenu konstrukciju rampe dizajnirane su sajle i cilindar koji služe za dizanje i spuštanje rampe.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the thesis was a structural design of hoistable tilting ramp of RO-RO ship ( LOA=150 m, B= 26 m, D= 8,8 m, T= 6,0 m), type pure car truck carrier based on DNV-GL rules for classification of ships. At the beginning general features of hoistable tilting tamps have been presented to show some specialities of this type of ramp. Throught project tehnical specification all load cases have been described and geometrical and mass features of vehicles that will be used in load cases are given. Depends on ship geometrical constraints, geometrical features of the hoistable tilting ramor have been chosen. Using DNV-GL rules for ship classification initial structural elements have been calculated. The computer programme MAESTRO has been used for development of 3D FEM model of the ramp using the structural dimensions previously defined. Finite element method calculations in MAESTRO have been made and results have been checked by DNV-GL strenght criteria (yield, deflection, buckling). For the designed structure of Hoistable Tilting Ramp, 3D CAD model have been made using the computer programme Autodesk Inventor. Basic drawings of the ramp have been made out from 3D CAD model. For the designed structure of hoistable tilting ramp, steel wires and cylinder using for manouvering have been calculated.
