Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je aditivna proizvodnja općenito, s naglaskom na FDM (eng. Fused Deposition Modeling) tehnologiju proizvodnje, te važnost DfAM-a (eng.Design for Additive Manufacturing) u ranim fazama razvoja proizvoda kod proizvodnje aditivnim tehnologijama koje su temeljene na drugačijim principima od tradicionalnih metoda proizvodnje. Analizom postojećih proizvoda identificirano je 15 principa temeljenih na mogućnostima i karakteristikama FDM tehnologije proizvodnje. Opisan je postupak provedbe analize koja se sastoji od definiranja skupa postojećih proizvoda, izrade funkcijskih struktura te označavanja postojećih rješenja funkcija na postojećim proizvodima, odnosno definiranja značajki FDM tehnologije proizvodnje. Analiziranjem i usporedbom uočenih značajki, identificirani su konstrukcijski principi koji su prezentirani u obliku kartica i 3D modela.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes additive manufacturing in general, with an emphasis on FDM manufacturing technology, and the importance of DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) in the early stages of product development with additive technologies based on principles other than traditional manufacturing methods. By analyzing existing products, 15 principles are identified based on the capabilities and characteristics of Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) production technology. Principle identification procedure is described. Analysis consists of defining a set of existing products, designing a functional structure and marking and defining a solution of functions on existing products and defining a feature of FDM production technology. By analyzing and comparing the observed features, the design principles are identified and presented in the form of cards and 3D models
