Abstract
U završnom radu se proučava razvoj obradnih sustava koji imaju sve veće zahtjeve za fleksibilnošću i autonomijom. Da bi se omogućio veći stupanj fleksibilnosti i autonomije obradnih sustava potrebno je ispuniti mnoge preduvjete. Iz tog razloga svakodnevno se susreću pojmovi kao što su digitalizacija obradnih sustava, inteligentni obradni sustavi, pametni obradni sustavi, virtualni obradni sustavi, digitalni blizanci. Potpuno automatizirani obradni sustavi su češći kod konvencionalnih postupaka obrade, dok su kod nekonvencionalnih postupaka obrade odvajanjem mnogo rjeđi. Nekonvencionalni postupci obrade odvajanjem su kompleksniji, te se o samom procesu ne zna mnogo. To stvara probleme kod integracije takvih procesa, a ujedno ograničava stupanj fleksibilnosti i autonomije sustava. U prvom dijelu rada su opisane tehnologije koje su omogućile fleksibilnost proizvodnje. Opisane su dvije tehnologije, glodanje i elektro-erozija. U zadnjem dijelu je opisan algoritam rada fleksibilnog obradnog sustava za obradu elektro-erozijom koji je realiziran u kompaniji Teh-Cut.
Abstract (english)
The undergraduate thesis examines the development of machining systems that have increasing demands for flexibility and autonomy. Many prerequisites need to be met to allow for greater flexibility and autonomy of machining system. For this reason, concepts such as digitization of machining systems, intelligent machining systems, smart machining systems, virtual machining systems, digital twins are encountered on a daily basis. Fully automated machining systems are more common in conventional machining processes, while in non-conventional machining processes they are much less common. Non-conventional machining operations are more complex and much less known about the process. This creates problems with integration processes while also limiting the degree of system flexibility and autonomy. The first part describes the technologies that enabled the flexibility of production. The second part deals with the integration of flexible manufacturing system with two technologies, milling and electric discharge machining. The last part describes an algorithm for the operation of a flexible manufacturing system for EDM implemented by Teh-Cut.
