Abstract
U ovom radu dan je pregled relevantnih pravila za dimenzioniranje brodske konstrukcije izložene opterećenju od leda kao što su IACS Polar Rules. Prema primjeru konstrukcije boka broda za prijevoz generalnog tereta provedeno je dimenzioniranje konstrukcije za tri različita položaja bočnih proveza. Istražen je utjecaj različitih kategorija klase leda (PC6, PC7), razmaka rebara i tipa materijala na dimenzije konstrukcijskih elemenata kao što su debljina oplate, moment otpora rebara za primjer poprečno orebrenog boka. Proračun je proveden prema pravilima IACS Polar Rules pomoću programskog paketa MS Excel. Također je istražen utjecaj klase leda, razmaka rebara i tipa materijala na masu ukupne konstrukcije. Pokazano je kako najveći utjecaj na masu konstrukcije imaju kategorija klase leda i tip materijala koji se koristi za gradnju. Za odabranu topologiju provedena je kontrola podobnosti putem direktnog proračuna koristeći linearnu metodu konačnih elemenata pomoću programskog paketa Maestro. Nakon provedenog redimenzioniranja osnovnih konstrukcijskih elemenata korištenjem linearnog MKE proračuna uočeno je da je potrebno značajno povećanje dimenzija kako bi se zadovoljili uvjeti podobnosti. Zaključeno je da je potrebno kao sljedeći korak u istraživanju provesti nelinearni proračun metodom konačnih elemenata.
Abstract (english)
This paper provides an overview of relevant dimensioning rules for ship construction exposed to ice loads, such as IACS Polar Rules. Following the example of the construction of the side of a ship, the dimensioning of the construction was carried out for three different positions of the stringer. The influence of different categories of ice class (PC6, PC7), frame spacing and material type on the dimensions of structural elements such as shell thickness and frame resistance are investigated. The calculation was implemented according to the rules using MS Excel package. The influence of ice class, frame spacing and material type on the mass of the overall construction is also investigated. It has been shown that the greatest influence on the construction mass is the category of ice class and the type of material used for construction. For the selected topology, feasibility check was performed by direct calculation through the linear finite element method using the Maestro software package. After redesigning the basic structural elements using a linear FEM calculation, it has been observed that a significant increase in dimensions is required to satisfy the eligibility conditions. It was concluded that as a next step in the study, it was necessary to carry out a nonlinear calculation using the finite element method.
