Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad prikazuje projektiranje sustava hlađenja 18 ULO (engl. Ultra Low Qxygen) hladionica za skladištenje jabuka na duži vremenski period. Objekt se nalazi u kontinentalnoj Hrvatskoj i kapacitiran je za 3000 tone. Rashladni sustav je projektrian za transkritično područje rada s paralelnom kompresijom na R744. Hladionice se hlade indirektno s 38%-tnom mješavinom propilen glikola i vode. Ukratko je opisana teorija zrenja i dozrijevanja voća, kao i ULO tehnologija hlađenja. Opisana su svojstva CO2 kao radne tvari i karakteristike sustava na R744. Prikazan je proračun toplinskog opterećenja kao i termodinamički proračun procesa. Osim toga, prikazan je postupak dimenzioniranja i odabira osnovnih komponenti i cjevovoda. Konačno, prikazana je shema spajanja i automatske regulacije kao i dispozicijski crtež strojarnice.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis presents the process of designing a refrigeration system for 18 ULO (Ultra Low Oxygen) cold rooms for storing apples for an extended period. The cooling plant is located in continental Croatia and has a capacity of 3000 tonnes. The refrigeration system is designed for a transcritical regime with parallel compression with R744. The cold rooms are cooled indirectly with a 38% mixture of propylene glycol and water. It is briefly described the theory of fruit ripening, as well as ULO technology for cooling. The properties of CO2 as a refrigerant and the characteristic of systems with R744 are presented. The thesis contains a calculation of heat load and of the thermodynamic process. The dimensioning process and selection of essential components and pipelines are shown as well. The end of the thesis provides a connection diagram, diagram of automatic control and a disposition drawing of the machine room.
