Abstract
Istraživanja u ovom radu usmjerena su na integraciju programskih alata za višekriterijsko optimiranje i simulacijskih alata za analizu kinematike ovjesa (podvozja) vozila i analizu dinamike vozila u cilju unapređenja konceptualne faze razvoja vozila. Upotrebom simulacija dovoljne točnosti eliminira se potreba za izradom prototipa vozila u ranoj fazi razvoja, što pojeftinjuje razvoj, a optimalnim izborom parametara vozila već u toj fazi razvoja smanjuje se vjerojatnost pogrešnih rješenja, odnosno koncepata. Razvoj višekriterijskog optimizacijskog modela, koji omogućuje upravljanje velikim brojem varijabli, ograničenja i funkcija cilja, preduvjet je cjelovitog rješenja za konceptualnu fazu razvoja vozila, odnosno podsustava vozila. Model je razvijen uz primjenu suvremenih evolucijskih algoritama i upotrebu simulacijskih alata. Određivanje relevantnih ispitnih procedura vezanih za različite aspekte dinamike vozila i definiranje objektivnih kriterija za ocjenu dinamičkih karakteristika vozila u numeričkim simulacijama preduvjet su za izradu optimizacijskog modela. Primjenom optimizacijskoga modela na odgovarajuće probleme određivanja parametara ovjesa vozila, prvo su određeni ključni parametri optimizacijskih algoritama, a zatim je generiran skup prihvatljivih, numerički provjerenih konceptualnih rješenja koja zadovoljavaju postavljene zahtjeve.
Abstract (english)
In order to improve the conceptual phase of vehicle development, this research is focused on the integration of simulation tools for the analysis of suspension system kinematics and of vehicle dynamics into multi-objective optimization tools. Using the simulation tools with a suitable degree of accuracy eliminates the need for building a vehicle prototype in the early stage of development, which reduces the development costs. Achieving optimal parameters of the vehicle at this stage of development reduces the probability of bad solutions or concepts. The development of a multi-objective optimization model, capable of handling a large number of variables, constraints, and objectives, is a prerequisite for a complete solution in the conceptual phase of vehicle development and vehicle systems development. The model should be developed by using modern evolutionary algorithms and vehicle dynamic simulation tools. In addition, relevant test procedures related to different aspects of vehicle dynamics and criteria for the evaluation of vehicle dynamic characteristics in numerical simulations should be selected. The application of the optimization model to the appropriate examples of vehicles will lead to the evaluation of algorithm applicability and the determination of the key parameters of algorithms which contribute to finding a set of optimal, numerically evaluated conceptual solutions that meet the requirements of the selected problems.
