Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje mogućnosti primjene Lean alata u gradnji industrijskih građevina. Iako su tradicionalni poslovni procesi doživjeli izrazite promjene kroz promjenu strategije, procesa, tehnologije, organizacije i kulture, te kroz radikalan redizajn postižu dramatične promjene u performansama, investicijski projekti, pretežno svedeni na građevinske projekte u dovoljnoj mjeri ne reduciraju gubitke ili rasipanja u procesu realizacije projekta. Prikupljeni podaci o rasipanjima u investicijskim projektima ukazuju da su pripremne faze projekta svedene na aktivnosti izrade projektnog zadatka i izrade projektne dokumentacije najvećim djelom uzročnici grešaka i kašnjenja u fazi implementacije. U okviru ovog rada prikazane su mogućnosti poboljšanja negativnih pokazatelja izvršenja, upotrebom suvremenih tehnika projektiranja sa alatima za trodimenzionalno snimanje i modeliranje postojećeg stanja industrijske građevine. U radu su istaknute tehnologije koje izvorno nisu razvijane kao Lean alati međutim u primjeni stvaraju jako kolaboracijsko oruđe koje pridonosi uspjehu projekta te u potpunosti slijede Lean načela kontinuiranog smanjenja gubitaka, odnosno redukcije svih onih aktivnosti koje ne doprinose uspješnom poslovanju, a time ni ne dodaju vrijednost proizvodu ili usluzi.
Abstract (english)
This work describes the possibilities of application of lean tools in the construction of industrial buildings. Although traditional business processes have gone through tremendous changes in strategy, process, technology, organization and culture and they achieve drastic changes in performance through radical redesign, investment projects, which mostly come down to construction projects, still do not sufficiently reduce the losses or waste created during the process of project realization. The collected data on waste in investment projects shows that preparatory stages of the project, which comprise the activities of creating the project task and the project documents, are the main cause of errors and delays in the implementation stage. This work presents the possibilities of improving negative performance indicators by using modern design techniques with tools for 3D recording and modeling of the state of the industrial building. The work highlights the technologies which were not originally developed as lean tools, but are in practice strong collaborative tools which contribute to the success of the project and entirely follow the lean principle of continued reduction of losses, which means the reduction of all activities that do not contribute to business success and do not add value to the product or service.
