Abstract
Površinska hrapavost je mikrogeometrijsko stanje, te je ujedno jedan od parametara korištenih za opis topografije površine. Hrapavost površine može se opisati 2D i 3D parametrima površinske hrapavosti. Ovaj rad sastoji se od teorijskog dijela u kojem su navedeni i objašnjeni 3D parametri hrapavosti tehničkih površina pomoću norme “ISO 25178-2:2012“. U teorijskom dijelu također su opisane različite metode mjerenja 3D parametara hrapavosti, u kojima se ujedno nalazi metoda pomoću koje se provodio eksperimentalni dio. U drugom dijelu rada provedeno je mjerenje 3D parametara hrapavosti na zadanim uzorcima mikroskopom atomskih sila (AFM). Dobiveni rezultati parametara analizirani su, uspoređeni i komentirani.
Abstract (english)
Surface roughness is a microgeometric condition, and is also one of the parameters used to describe the surface topography. Surface roughness can be described by 2D and 3D surface roughness parameters. This thesis consists of a theoretical part in which the 3D parameters of the roughness of technical surfaces are listed and explained using the standard “ISO 25178- 2:2012“. The theoretical part also describes various methods for measuring 3D roughness parameters, which also include the method used to perfom the experimental part. In the second part of the thesis, the measurement of 3D roughness parameters on given samples was performed with an atomic force microscope (AFM). The obtained parameter results were analyzed, compared and commented on.
