Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema „Podrivač s deponatorom za umjetno gnojivo“ koji je pogonjen traktorom. Rad obuhvaća analizu tržišta i postojećih uređaja, a osim uređaja analizirani su traktori, način povezivanja radnih priključaka na traktor te parametri traktorskog pogona. Na temelju analize izrađena je fuknkcijska dekompozicija i morfološka matrica prema čemu su izrađeni i vrednovani koncepti. Najbolje ocijenjeni koncept je detaljnije razrađen, provedeni su potrebni proračuni i konstruiran je 3D CAD model. Na temelju modela izrađena je tehnička dokumentacija osnovnih sklopova i dijelova uređaja.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the problem “Subsoiler with fertiliser spreader” driven by a tractor. The paper includes market analysis and existing devices and, in addition to the devices themselves, tractors were also analyzed, as well as the method of connecting the working attachments to the tractor and the parameters of the tractor drive. Based on the analysis, a functional decomposition and morphological matrix were made, according to which concepts were developed and evaluated. The best rated concept was elaborated in more detail, the necessary calculations were performed and a 3D CAD model was constructed. Based on the model, the technical documentation of the basic assemblies and parts of the device was prepared.
