Abstract
U ovome radu bit će prikazan proračun, odabir koncepata i izbor komponenti mosnog granika. Mosni granik je konstrukcija koja se primjenjuje za prijenos ljevaoničkih tereta. Prilikom proračuna će se koristiti odgovarajući faktori sigurnosti vezani uz tu pogonsku grupu prateći pritom odgovarajuće norme. Pri izboru koncepata proračunat će se mosni granik s tračnicom na sredini profila, s tračnicom iznad vertikalnog lima i s HEM profilom. Pojedine komponente mosnog granika bit će proračunate FEM analizom te će se dobiveni rezultati usporediti s analitičkom metodom. Na kraju rada bit će prikazan CAD model mosnog granika te će se moći vidjeti njegove specifikacije.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the calculation, selection of concepts and selection of bridge crane components will be presented. The bridge crane is an construction applied for the transfer of casting loads. In the calculation process the appropriate safety factors related to this loading group will be applied, following the relevant standards. When choosing concepts, the bridge crane will be calculated with a rail in the middle of the profile, with a rail above the vertical plate and with HEM profiles. The individual components of the bridge crane will be calculated by FEM analysis and the obtained results will be compared with the analytical method. At the end of the paper, a CAD model of the bridge crane will be presented with its specification.
