Abstract
Razvojem aditivne tehnologije te sve većim zastupljenjem iste u medicinskoj industriji javila se potreba za postupcima koji će omogućiti izračunavanje nedeformirane geometrije pojedinih struktura u tijelu uz poznavanje geometrije u opterećenom stanju, opterećenja te materijalnog modela kojim se može opisati ta struktura. U radu su prikazane osnove mehanike kontinuuma te postupak izvoda potrebnih jednadžbi uz pripadajuće opise i izračunavanje neopterećene geometrije za kardiovaskularni sustav, odnosno arterije. Postupak izračunavanja neopterećene geometrije je prikazan za primjere korištenjem odabranih materijalnih modela uz provjeru simulacijama metodom konačnih elemenata. Postavljanje simulacije je detaljno opisano uz određivanje vrste i optimalnog broja konačnih elemenata. Također su prikazane ovisnosti neopterećene geometrije za određen raspon materijalnih parametara uz označene točne vrijednosti i objašnjenje utjecaja pojedinih materijalnih parametara na dimenzije neopterećene geometrije.
Abstract (english)
With the development of additive technology and its growing representation in the medical industry, there is a need for procedures that will enable the calculation of undeformed geometry of individual structures in the body with knowledge of load geometry, load and material model that can describe this structure. The paper presents the basics of continuum mechanics and the procedure of deriving the necessary equations with the accompanying descriptions and calculation of the unloaded geometry for the cardiovascular system, ie arteries. The procedure for calculating the unloaded geometry is shown for examples using selected material models with verification by finite element simulations. The setup of the simulation is described in detail with the determination of the type and optimal number of finite elements. The dependences of the unloaded geometry for a certain range of material parameters are also presented, with the exact values marked and an explanation of the influence of individual material parameters on the dimensions of the unloaded geometry.
