Abstract
U diplomskom radu opisana je analiza utjecaja parametara kondicioniranja i postotka reciklata u osnovnom materijalu na injekcijski prešanu tvorevinu. Mjerena su mehanička svojstva žilavosti te postotak apsorpcije vode. Opisani su polimerni materijali, ponajviše poliamid (PA) od kojeg je izrađena odabrana tvorevina za analizu. Injekcijsko prešanje kao jedan od najvažnijih cikličkih postupaka prerade polimera detaljno je opisan kao i ubrizgavalice. Dan je pregled modernih pogona za injekcijsko prešanje koji omogućuju manji utrošak energija i bolja svojstva ubrizgavanja. Također u radu su opisane mogućnosti recikliranja plastomernih materijala, koje su vrlo bitan čimbenik u daljnjem razvoju industrije plastomera zbog sve veće konkurencije materijala koji su ekološki prihvatljiviji. Eksperimentalni dio rada sadrži analizu i optimizaciju parametara kod izrade i kondicioniranja otpreska načinjenog od PA 6.6. Utvrđeno je da svi ulazni parametri, postotak reciklata, temperatura kondicioniranja i vrijeme kondicioniranja utječu na žilavost i apsorpciju vode otpreska. Oba svojstva žilavost i apsorpcija vode nakon analize opisana su matematičkom jednadžbom I. reda.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the analysis of the influence of conditioning parameters and the percentage of recycled material in the base material on the injection moulded product. The mechanical properties of toughness and the percentage of water absorption were measured. Polymer materials are described, in particular the polyamide from which the selected product for analysis is made. Injection moulding as one of most important cyclic process of polymer processing is described in detail as well as injection moulding machines. An overview of modern injection moulding machine drives is given, which enables lower energy consumption and better injection properties. Paper also describes the possibilities of recycling thermoplastic materials, which are very important factor in the further development of the thermoplastic industry due to the increasing competition of the materials that are more environmental friendly. The experimental part of the paper contains the analysis and optimization of process parameters and conditioning of product made of PA 6.6. It was found that all input parameters, recycling percentage, conditioning temperature and conditioning time affect the toughness and water absorption of the product. Both the toughness and water absorption properties after analysis were described by a first-order mathematical equation.
