Abstract
U ovom radu dan je kratak opis aditivne proizvodnje s većim naglaskom na proces taložnog očvršćivanja. Nakon toga dana je analiza problema 3D pisača velikog radnog volumena koji radi na principu taložnog očvršćivanja. Stroj je zatečen u neispravnom stanju i s ciljem njegove revitalizacije proveden je proračun i izbor servo motora kao zamjena za postojeće koračne motore. Promjenom motora potrebno je promijeniti njegove prihvate posmičnih prigona osi X i Y, dok je za Z os napravljena posebna konstrukcija koja rješava problem preopterećenosti prednjeg ležaja motora. Za tu konstrukciju provedeni su proračuni izabranih strojnih dijelova, a to su ležajevi, zupčasti remen s pripadajućim remenicama i stezne ljuske.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the retrofit of a large working volume 3D printer based on fused deposition modeling (FDM). In the first part a brief overview of additive technologies is presented with emphasis on FDM, whereas the second part presents the machine retrofitting design process. In the scope of retrofit, calculations and selection of suitable machine parts for the revitalization of the 3D printer have been made. Old stepper feed drives had to be replaced with suitable servo motor based feed drives. In order to fit the new motors, there was a need to change the existing design of motor mounts on the feed drives of axes X and Y, while on the Z axis additional components had to be designed in order to increase load capacity. For this design calculations were done for selected machine parts which are bearings, toothed belt with suitable pulleys and shaft locking devices.
