Abstract
Učinkovito korištenje energije važno je za održivi razvoj u energetici, prije svega s ekološkog aspekta, a također ekonomskog i socijalnog. Toplifikacijske termoelektrane s instaliranima toplifikacijskim turbinama predstavljaju postrojenja u kojima se može postići visoka učinkovitost iskorištenja toplinske energije dobivena izgaranjem fosilnih goriva za istovremenu proizvodnju korisnog mehaničkog rada i topline. Stoga su u ovom radu sistematizirane zajedničke, specifične karakteristike toplifikacijskih turbina različitih tipova, definirani osnovni pokazatelji njihove učinkovitosti te putovi njena povećanja u specifičnim uvjetima istovremene, spojne (kogeneracijske) proizvodnje toplinske i električne energije. Dane su konstrukcijske osobitosti i eksploatacijska iskustva vezana za toplifikacijske turbine kako malih snaga (25 MW) tako i velikih snaga (100 – 300 MW) na primjerima turbina UTMZ, jednog od najpoznatijeg svjetskog proizvođača takovih turbina. Izložene su i osnovne značajke toplifikacijskih oduzimanja i toplifikacije općenito. Također je u radu ukazano na mogućnost daljnjeg poboljšanja režima rada toplifikacijskih turbina uvođenjem trostupanjskog zagrijavanja mrežne vrele vode umjesto dvostupanjskog, koje se realizira u dodatno ugrađenom cijevnom snopu u kondenzatoru (tzv. pučoku) pomoću minimalnog, ventilacijskog protoka pare kroz niski tlak. \Na konkretnom primjeru toplifikacijske turbine tipa T-100/120-130-3 UTMZ, instalirane u TE-TO Zagreb pokazana je metodologijom tzv. čistije proizvodnje ekonomska opravdanost uvođenja trostupanjskog zagrijavanja mrežne vode. Za potrebe te analize također je izrađen na temelju teorijskih osnova, podataka proizvođača, rezultata normativnih ispitivanja te podataka dobivenih tijekom eksploatacije, orginalni računalni program za izradu dijagrama režima rada toplifikacijskih i ostalih turbina različitih tipova.
Abstract (english)
Energy efficiencyis important for sustaiable energy development, primarly from environmental protection point of view, but also economic and social. Heat-supply Power Plants with installed heat-supply turbines are the plants that can achieve high heat efficiency factor by firing fossil fuel for the cogeneration of electricity and heat. This thesis sistematises common specific characteristics of different types of heat-supply turbines and defines basic efficiency indictors and methods for efficiency increase under specific conditions of electricity and heat cogeneration. It describes structural characteristics of heat-supply turbines (both small output turbines of 25 MW and large output turbines of 100-300 MW) and the experience gained through the exploatation such turbines on the example of UTMZ manufactured turbines (one of best known turbine manufacturer). Basic characteristics of heat-supply turbines and heat-supply in general are also given. The potential for further improvment in the operating regime of heat-supply turbines was seen in the replacement of two-stage heating of distric-heating water with a three-stage one performed in additionaly built-in tube bundle in the condenser (pučok) assisted by a minimum low pressure steam flow. The feasibility of three-stage heating of distric-heating water was shown on the example of heat-supply turbines T-100/120-130-3 UTMZ, installed in TE-TO Zagreb by use of Cleaner Production Metodology. For the need such analysis original software was devised for the computation of operating regime diagrame for heat-supply turbines and other turbines of different types. The software is based on theoretical background, manufactures’ data, results obtained through standard tests and exploatation data.
