Abstract
Koncepcija rada temelji na detaljnoj usporedbi tipova ćelija i odabiru prave ćelije za baterijski paket bolida RT07 – Taurus. Odabir pravog modela baterijske ćelije će se odabrati pomoću simulacije vožnje bolida da dobijemo potrebne parametre za izračun snage te i energije baterijskog paketa. S tim parametrima ćemo sužavati odabrane ćelije i odabrati jednu po kojoj ćemo vršiti daljnja testiranja. Nadalje, pomno će se razmatrati način izrade nosača ćelija s ciljem da se smanji masa, volumen i da po njemu dalje oblikujemo ostatak dijelova modula. Također će se opisati odabir konektora i potrebne elektronike za sigurnosno upravljanje baterijskog paketa. Bit će prikazani različiti koncepti kućišta koji se razlikuju po rasporedu i načinu hlađenja te je potrebna usporedba i odabir najbolje opcije. Nakon određenog načina hlađenja, kućište baterije će biti ispitano na čvrstoću te će se provesti CFD analiza za dobivanje potrebnih podataka prilikom hlađenja.
Abstract (english)
The concept of the work is based on a detailed comparison of cell types and the selection of the right cell for the battery pack of the car RT07 - Taurus. Selecting the right battery cell model will be selected by using a driving simulation of a car to obtain the necessary parameters to calculate the power and energy of the battery pack. With these parameters, we will narrow the selected cells and select one by which we will perform further testing. Furthermore, the method of making cell carriers will be carefully considered in order to reduce the mass, volume and to further shape the rest of the module parts according to it. The selection of connectors and the necessary electronics for the safety management of the battery pack will also be described. Different housing concepts will be shown that differ in layout and cooling mode, and a comparison and selection of the best option is required. After a certain cooling mode, the battery housing will be tested for strength and a CFD analysis will be performed to obtain the necessary data during cooling.
