Abstract
Tema završnog rada je projektiranje sustava grijanja i hlađenja poslovne zgrade veličine 600 m2 koja se nalazi na području Zagreba. Prvo je određeno projektno toplinsko opterećenje prema normi HRN EN 12831 te projektno rashladno opterećenje prema normi VDI 2078. Kada je određeno projektno toplinsko i rashladno opterećenje izabrani su ventilokonvektori koji služe za grijanje i hlađenje. Ventilokonvektori koriste temperaturni režim vode za grijanje 55/45 ⁰C te za hlađenje 7/12 ⁰C. Nakon odabira ventilokonvektora određen je ukupni ogrjevni i rashladni učin ventilokonvektora te na temelju tih podataka odabrana je dizalica topline. Izabrana je dizalica topline zrak-voda. Kako bi dizalica topline radila efikasnije i ekonomičnije potreban je i akumulacijski spremnik. Nakon toga napravljen je proračun cijevne mreže te izabrana pumpa prema proračunu na kritičnoj dionici. Proračun projektnog toplinskog i rashladnog opterećenja napravljen je u računalnom paketu „IntegraCAD“ te je ručno napravljen proračun jedne prostorije koji služi za usporedbu. Proračun cijevne mreže napravljen je u programu Excel. Shema spajanja i regulacije te raspored ventilokovenktora napravljen je u AutoCAD-u.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final work is the design of the heating and cooling system of a 600 m2 office building located in the Zagreb area. First, the design heat load was determined according to the standard HRN EN 12831 and the design cooling load according to the standard VDI 2078. When the design heat and cooling load was determined, fan coils were selected, which are used for heating and cooling. Fan coils use a water temperature regime for heating 55/45 ⁰C, and for cooling 7/12 ⁰C. After selecting the fan coil, the total heating and cooling capacity of the fan coil was determined and based on these data, the heat pump was selected. An air-to-water heat pump was chosen. In order for the heat pump to work more efficiently and economically, an accumulation tank is also required. After that, the calculation of the pipe network was made and the pump was selected according to the calculation on the critical section. The calculation of the design heat and cooling load is made in the computer package "IntegraCAD" and a manual calculation of one room is used for comparison. The pipe network calculation was made in Excel. The connection and regulation scheme and the arrangement of the fan covenctors were made in AutoCAD.
