Abstract
Osnovni cilj rada bio je istražiti utjecaj sigma-faze na abrazijsku otpornost dupleks nehrđajućeg čeličnog lijeva oznake GX2CrNiMoN 25-6-3. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisana su svojstva, mikrostruktura, podjela te korozijska postojanost nehrđajućih čeličnih ljevova. Detaljno su opisani dupleks nehrđajući čelični ljevovi i mehanizam abrazijskog trošenja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada prikazani su rezultati mikrostrukturne analize, mjerenja tvrdoće HV10 i ispitivanja abrazijske otpornosti. Sva ispitivanja provedena su na uzorcima s osnovnom dupleks strukturom te na uzorcima kod kojih je žarenjem na 750˚C/1h u mikrostrukturi izlučena sigma-faza. Ispitivanje otpornosti na abraziju provedeno je metodom suhi pijesak gumeni kotač. Utvrđeno je da formiranje sigma-faze u mikrostrukturi dupleks nehrđajućeg čeličnog lijeva povećava tvrdoću, ali unatoč tome smanjuje otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje.
Abstract (english)
The main objective of this study was to analyse the influence of sigma-phase on the abrasion resistance of duplex cast stainless steel grade GX2CrNiMoN 25-6-3. In the theoretical part of this study, characteristics, microstructure, classification and corrosion resistance of cast stainless steels were described. Duplex cast stainless steels and abrasion wear mechanisms were thoroughly described. Results of microstructure analysis, HV10 hardness measurement and abrasive wear resistance test were shown in the experimental part of this study. All tests were carried out on both samples with regular duplex structure and on samples with sigma-phase formed in microstructure by annealing at 750°C/1h. Abrasion resistance test was carried out by dry sand/rubber wheel method. It was determined that, despite the increased hardness by formation of sigma-phase in the microstructure of duplex cast stainless steel, the abrasion resistance was reduced.
