Abstract
Aditivna proizvodnja spada u suvremene proizvodne tehnologije, čija će primjena, prema recentnim znanstvenim spoznajama, u budućnosti imati sve veći značaj. Osim što veliku ulogu ima u izradi prototipnih modela, nemali broj funkcionalnih dijelova realnih konstrukcija upravo je izrađeno primjenom spomenute tehnologije. U okviru ovog rada proizvedena je bespilotna letjelica ili dron primjenom aditivne tehnologije (3D ispis). Pojedine komponente predmetnog objekta konstruirane su primjenom načela topološkog optimiranja i rešetkastih konstrukcija u cilju minimiranja mase cjelokupne konstrukcije, uz zadržavanje postojeće upravljačke konfiguracije. Kao polazna konstrukcija poslužio je model drona neoptimirane konstrukcije iz završnog rada autora. Temeljem usporedbe prednosti i nedostataka topološki optimirane višedijelne konstrukcije drona s neoptimiranom konstrukcijom, u radu je pokazano kako se primjenom načela topološkog optimiranja i rešetkastih konstrukcija uspio postići spomenuti cilj ovog rada. Osim toga, u sklopu rada prikazane su osnovne značajke aditivnih tehnologija, kao i pregled postojećih primjera aditivne proizvodnje koji su uveli značajne tehnološke napretke području mobilnosti.
Abstract (english)
Additive production is one of the modern production technologies, the application of which, according to recent scientific knowledge, will be of increasing importance in the future. In addition to playing a major role in the production of prototype models, a number of functional parts for real structures can be produced using the mentioned technology. In this thesis, an unmanned aerial vehicle or drone was manufactured using additive technology (3D print). Individual components of the drone were designed by applying the principles of topological optimization and lattice structures in order to minimize the mass of the entire structure, while preserving the existing control configuration. The drone model of the non-optimized construction from the author's undergraduate thesis served as the starting design. Based on the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of topologically optimized multi-part drone with non-optimized one, the thesis shows how the application of the principle of topological optimization and lattice structures managed to achieve the mentioned goal. In addition, the thesis presents the basic features of additive technologies, as well as an overview of existing examples of additive production that have introduced significant technological advances in the field of mobility.
