Abstract
Tema ovog rada je „Uporaba planova pokusa u procesu poboljšanja kvalitete“. U radu je detaljno razrađeno planiranje pokusa. U prvom dijelu rada opisane su teorijske osnove plana pokusa. Opisana je kratka povijest planova pokusa, smjernice za planiranje pokusa i temeljna načela planova pokusa. U drugom dijelu rada detaljno je sistematizirana podjela planova pokusa. Prikazan je kratki opis najčešćih statističkih metoda. Opisani su faktorski planovi pokusa, metoda odzivne površine, te Taguchijeva metoda. U trećem dijelu rada pomoću baze članaka Scopus prikazan je presjek najčešće korištenih modela planova pokusa u procesu poboljšanja kvalitete. Iz te baze su u četvrtom dijelu rada analizirani primjeri za svaku od metoda pomoću programskih paketa. U petom dijelu rada proveden je eksperimentalni dio rada u kojem se optimizirala linija za punjenje spremnika aditivom za motorna vozila.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is „The use of design of experiments in process of quality improvement“. This paper in detail elaborates design of experiments. The first part of the paper describes the theoretical foundations of the design of experiments. A brief history of experimental design, guidelines for designing experiments and basic principles of experimental design are described. In the second part a detailed systematization of design of experiments division is given. A brief description of the most common statistical methods is presented. Factorial designs, Response surface designs and Taguchi method is described. In the third part of the paper, using the Scopus article database, a cross-section of the most frequently used experimental designs in the process of quality improvement is presented. From this database, in the fourth part of the paper, examples for each of the methods were analyzed using software packages. The fifth part of the paper presents the experimental part in which a additive for motor vehicles tank filling line was optimized.
