Abstract
Bez obzira što su danas razvijeni razni umjetni egzoskeleti, dizalice, kolica i mnoga druga pomagala kod prenošenja tereta, još uvijek je kod nekih vrsta poslova potrebna ljudska snaga. Postoje razne vrste poslova koje kod radno sposobne populacije zahtijevaju podizanje tereta ili savijanje tijela, ukoliko se te radnje ponavljaju često dolazi do bolova u slabinskoj kralježnici. Danas se koriste biomehanički modeli uz pomoć kojih se procjenjuje opterećenje slabinske kralježnice. U ovom radu prikazan je statički model i model koji se temelji na inverznoj dinamici kako bi se opisao postupak izračunavanja tlačne sile u disku L4/L5 slabinske kralježnice. Kako bi se mogla napraviti usporedba, izračunata je tlačna sila u disku kralješka L4/L5 kod podizanja tereta različitih masa. Kroz rad je, uz opis postupka izračunavanja tlačne sile u disku L4/L5, opisana građa slabinskih kralježaka, materijalna svojstva kralježaka te pravilno rukovanje teretom.
Abstract (english)
Despite the fact that various artificial exoskeletons, jack-lifts, trolleys and many other aids in carrying load have been developed today, some types of work still require human strength. There are various types of work that in the working-age population require lifting load or bending the body, and if these actions are repeated frequently, the result is often pain in the lumbar spine. Today, biomechanical models are used to estimate the load on the lumbar spine. It is in this paper that a static model and a model based on inverse dynamics are presented to describe the procedure of calculating the compressive force in the L4 / L5 disc of the lumbar spine. In order to make a comparison between the two, the compressive force in the L4 / L5 vertebral disc during lifting load of different masses was calculated. The paper, in addition to the description of the procedure for calculating the compressive force in the disc L4 / L5, describes the structure of the lumbar vertebrae, the material properties of the vertebrae and the proper handling of the load.
