Abstract
U radu je opisan postupak puštanja u pogon revitaliziranog termoplastičnog ekstrudera marke Trusioma, tip E1-32-20. Proveden je niz aktivnosti u sklopu kojih je izvršen detaljan uvid u postojeće stanje stroja, a zatim su nizom zahvata svi uočeni nedostaci otklonjeni. Stroj je naposljetku testiran ekstrudiranjem dvije različite vrste polimera i rezultati ukazuju da je pogodan za realnu upotrebu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the commissioning of a revitalized thermoplastic Trusioma extruder, type E1-32-20. A series of activities were carried out in order to establish the existing condition of the machine, followed by a series of interventions which eliminated all observed shortcomings. The machine was finally tested by extruding two different types of polymers and the results indicate that it is suitable for everyday use.
