Abstract
Zadatak rada bio je koncipirati pogonski modul modularnog električnog vozila M2 kategorije. U radu je dan pregled kategorizacije vozila uz kratki opis kategorije M2. Prikazana su već postojeća vozila slične namjene i konstrukcije koja se mogu naći na tržištu, uz prikaz jedne platforme vozila koja je još u konceptualnoj fazi. Potom su prikazani osmišljeni koncepti pogonskog modula električnog vozila M2 kategorije koji su vrednovani u tri kategorije kriterija, a svakom kriteriju pridružen je odgovarajući težinski faktor. Prema kriterijima vrednovanja odabran je koncept koji je imao najveću ukupnu ocjenu, uzimajući u obzir težinske faktore za korekciju ocjene. Koncept koji je dobio najveću ocjenu je dalje konstrukcijski razrađivan. U radu su prikazani detalji konstrukcije gdje je posebna pažnja obraćena na nosivu konstrukciju i način pričvršćivanja ovjesa na nosivu konstrukciju. Prikazana su i dva idejna rješenja spajanja čelične rešetkaste konstrukcije pogonskog modula s kompozitnom konstrukcijom središnjeg modula. Prikazan je proračun visokoopterećenih komponenti ovjesa i njihovih veza za nosivu konstrukciju. Izrađen je detaljan 3D model te je prikazan sklopni crtež s određenim detaljima.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this master's thesis was to design a propulsion module of an M2 category modular electric vehicle. The paper gives an overview of vehicle categories with a brief description of M2 category. Existing vehicles of a similar purpose and design that can be found on the market are presented, with a presentation of one vehicle platform that is still in R&D phase. Designed concepts of the propulsion module are shown and they are evaluated in three categories of criteria, and each criterion was associated with an appropriate weighting factor. According to the evaluation criteria, the concept that had the highest overall grade was selected, taking into account the weighting factors which were used for grade correction. The concept that received the highest grade was further developed. The paper presents the details of the structural design where special attention is paid to the load – bearing structure (chassis) and the ways of mounting suspension components to the chassis. Two conceptual solutions for joining the steel structure of the propulsion module and composite structure of the middle module are given. Calculations of highly – stressed suspension components and ways of joining them to the chassis is presented. A detailed 3D model was made and an assembly drawing with details is shown.
