Abstract
U ovome radu zadatak je odrediti i usporediti toplinske otpore same smjese toplinski vodljive (termalne) paste i određenih dodanih uključina. Određivanje i usporedba samih otpora različitih materijala (same paste i dodanih uključina) dobit će se pomoću simulacija nestacionarnih 2D temperaturnih polja samih smjesa. Sam rješavač diskretiziranih parcijalnih diferencijalnih jednadžbi počivat će na metodi konačnih volumena. U radu nije korišten komercijalni program. Umjesto toga napravljen je Python kod koji rješava algebarski sustav diskretiziranih jednadžbi. Rješenje samog (diskretiziranog) sustava algebarskih jednadžbi dat će podatke o temperaturama središnjih čvorova konačnih volumena. U radu će biti uspoređene kombinacije različitih materijala, dimenzija te rubnih uvjeta.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the task is to determine and compare the thermal resistances of the mixture of thermally conductive (thermal) paste and certain added inclusions. Determination and comparison of the self-resistances of different materials (pastes themselves and added inclusions) will be obtained by simulating non-stationary 2D temperature fields of the mixtures themselves. The solution of discretized partial differential equations will be based on the finite volumes method. In this thesis there wasn’t any use of commercial program that solves an algebraic system of discretized equations. Instead a Python code was made which serves the purpose. The solution of the (discretized) system of algebraic equations will give data on the temperatures of the central nodes of finite volumes. The paper will compare combinations of different materials, dimensions and boundary conditions.
