Abstract
Ovim radom obrađeni su postupci zavarivanja cjevovoda. Nabrojani su i opisani postupci zavarivanja cjevovoda koji se danas koriste kao najproduktivniji načini spajanja cjevovoda. Detaljno je opisan konvencionalni MAG (elektrolučno zavarivanje taljivom elektrodom u zaštiti aktivnog plina) postupak zavarivanja kao i njegovi modificirani postupci koji se očituju visokom produktivnošću u industriji. U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedena su ispitivanja kvalitete zavara dobivenih MAG LSC i FCAW postupkom zavarivanja na dva različita pripremljena uzorka. Prvi uzorak je imao V pripremu spoja, dok je drugi uzorak imao U pripremu spoja. Ispitivanja su se sastojala od radiografskog ispitivanja, vizualne analize makroizbrusaka, mjerenje tvrdoće, ispitivanje na savijanje, čvrstoću i žilavost. Nakon provedenih ispitivanja dobiveni rezultati su uspoređeni te se detaljno analizirala produktivnost između dva navedena uzorka.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with pipeline welding procedures. The welding procedures of pipelines that are used today are listed and described as the most productive procedures of connecting pipelines. The conventional GMAW (gas metal arc welding) welding procedure as well as its modified processes which are manifested in high productivity in industry are listed and described in detail. In the experimental part of this thesis, weld quality tests obtained by GMAW LSC and FCAW welding process on two differently prepared samples were performed. The first sample had a V joint preparation of the compund, while the second sample had a U joint preparation of the compund. The test consisted of radiographic examination, visual analysis of macro – grindings, hardness measurements, bend, tensile and imapct test. After the tests, the results were compared and the productivity between the two samples was analyzed in detail.
