Abstract
Tema ovog rada je izrada programske podrške za industrijskog robota. Također, izrađeno je konstrukcijsko rješenje za prihvat i predmet rada te je bilo potrebno izraditi ih na 3D pisaču. Provedene su kalibracija kamere, alata i korisničkog koordinatnog sustava. Svi predmeti rada istih su dimenzija i oblika, a robot ih svojim vizijskim sustavom prepoznaje i odlučuje kojim redom će ih paletizirati. Na paleti je zadana prva točka, a sljedeće točke određene su tako da se na svaku prethodnu koordinatu doda određena udaljenost. Program će se izvoditi dokle god kamera na paleti detektira zadane obrasce. Cijeli program pisan je ručno u laboratoriju pomoću privjeska za učenje.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the creation of software support for an industrial robot. Also, a structural solution for the reception and object of work was created and made on a 3D printer. Camera, tool and user coordinate system calibrations were performed. All work items have the same dimensions and shape, and the robot recognizes them with its vision system and decides in which order to palletize them. The first point on the palette is given, and the following points are determined by adding a certain distance to each previous coordinate. The program will run as long as the camera on the pallet detects the given patterns. The entire program was written by hand in the lab using a teach pendant.
