Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je otkrivanje novih spoznaja u razvoju sposobnosti ljudi kao i smanjivanju broja ozljeda i bolesti koje se mogu indicirati prije njihovog nastajanja. Ovaj završni rad obuhvaća objašnjenje i primjenu tensegrity principa u kontekstu biomehanike čovjeka, objašnjava holistički pristup neuromiofascijalnog sustava i raspravlja o mogućnostima mjerenja istog radi prijevremenog otkrivanja i sprečavanja ozljeda i bolesti. Utvrđena je povezanost cijelog tijela u prijenosu snage, uloga trupa kao osnova motoričkog sustava te mogućnost zaključivanja disbalansa u neuromiofascijalnim remenima pomoću mjernih instrumenata. Teorija je potkrijepljena praktičnim mjerenjem i analizom neuromiofascijalnih karakteristika na platformi MobileMat tvrtke Tekscan kojom je utvrđena razlika u karakteristikama neuromiofascijalnih remena i time mogućnost ozljede ili bolesti prije njihovog nastajanja. Buduća primjena pedobarografske podloge u analizi neuromiofascijalnih karakteristika svojstvenih svakom čovjeku pojedinačno ovim je radom potvrdila svoj potencijal kao dijagnostička platforma i mjerni sustav.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this work is to discover new knowledge in the development of people´s abilities as well as to reduce the number of injuries and diseases that can be indicated before they occur. This final paper includes the explanation and application of the tensegrity principle in the context of human biomechanics, explains the holistic approach of the neuromyofascial system and discusses the possibilities of measuring it for early detection and prevention of injuries and diseases. The connection of the whole body in power transmission, the role of the trunk as the basis of the motor system, and the possibility of concluding imbalances in the neuromyofascial belts using measuring instruments were established. The theory is supported by the practical measurement and analysis of neuromyofascial characteristics on the MobileMat platformo f the company Tekscan, which determined the difference in the characteristics of neuromyofascial belts and thus the possibility of injury or disease before they occur. The future application of the pedobarographic pad in the analysis of the neuromyofascial characteristics unique to each person has cofirmed its potential as a diagnostic platform and measurement system with this work.
