Abstract
U ovom radu je opisana izrada neovisne prednje osovine elektičnog minibusa. Prvo se se opisale vrste ovjesa, te njihove prednosti i mane. Potom je slijedila analiza niza zahtjeva na minibus koji će ograničavati broj konstrukcijskih rješenja prednje osovine, a glavni zahtjev je bio što veće iskorištenje prostora u unutrašnjosti između kotača. Na temelju tih zahtjeva provedena je kinematička analiza ovjesa i dobivene su točke ovjesa pomoću kojih se konstrukcijski razrađuje ovjes. U konstrukcijskoj razradi su opisane funkcije komponenti i prikazana su njihova rješenja, te je prikazan konačni sklop prednje osovine sa šasijom prednjeg dijela minibusa. Uz rad je priložena tehnička dokumentacija razrađene prednje osovine koja uključuje sklopni crtež i radioničke crteže dijelova ovjesa.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, design of independent front axle of an electric minibus is shown. Firstly, types of suspension were described and also their advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, analysis of a list of requirements which limited number of design solutions of a front axle was followed trough where the main requirement was maximising space between the wheels in the interior of a minibus. Based on those requirements, kinematics of a suspension were analysed and hardpoints of suspension components were extracted which are used for designing said components. In design phase of this thesis function of components was described and their solutions were presented. Final assembly of front axle with front chassis of a minibus was also shown. The thesis is accompanied by technical documentation of a front axle which includes assembly drawings and engineering drawings of suspension assembly parts.
