Abstract
U sustavima gospodarenja vodom upotreba cjevovoda i raznih tehnoloških procesa koji se koriste za obradu voda poput postrojenja za pripremu vode za piće, postrojenja za pripremu tehnoloških voda, postrojenja za desalinizaciju, obradu otpadnih voda i slično koriste se različiti konstrukcijski materijali. Svaki od materijala ima svoja svojstva otpornosti ili sklonosti specifičnim vrstama korozijskih procesa. Korozija materijala koji se koriste u sustavim gospodarenja vodom ima za posljedicu vrlo velike troškove i značajne gubitke vode, s toga je nužno posebnu pažnju posvetiti pravilnom odabiru materijala, uzimajući u obzir agresivni okoliš u kojem će se nalaziti. U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazane su štete koje su nastale kao posljedica korozije u vodnom gospodarstvu te su prikazani konstrukcijski materijali koji se koriste u sustavima gospodarenja vodom. Također je dan prikaz najčešćih pojavnih oblika korozije te mogućnosti sprečavanja istih. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je elektrokemijsko ispitivanje istosmjernom strujom na uzorcima od nehrđajućeg (EN 1.4301) i ugljičnog čelika te su analizirani dobiveni rezultati.
Abstract (english)
In water management systems, the use of pipelines and various technological processes used for water treatment, such as plants for the preparation of drinking water, plants for the preparation of technological water, plants for desalination, wastewater treatment and so on, various construction materials are used. Each of the materials has its own properties of resistance or tendency to specific types of corrosion processes. Corrosion of the materials used in the water management system results in very high costs and significant water losses, with the fact that it is necessary to pay special attention to the correct selection of materials, taking into account the aggressive environment in which they will be located. In the theoretical part of the paper, the damage caused by corrosion in water management is presented, and the construction materials used in water management systems are presented. It is also a presentation of the most common forms of corrosion and the possibility of preventing them. In the experimental part of the work, electrochemical testing with direct current was carried out on stainless steel (EN 1.4301) and carbon steel samples, and the obtained results were analyzed.
