Abstract
Diplomski rad bavi se metodom topološkog optimiranja na praktičnom primjeru nosača sjedala vlaka. Topološko optimiranje provedeno je pomoću računalnog programa „Altair Inspire“. Radom se razmatra uporaba aditivne proizvodnje u svrhu realizacije kompleksne strukture koja se dobiva topološkim optimiranjem. Nakon uvoda, drugo poglavlje rada opisuje proces aditivne proizvodnje, uspoređuje ga sa substraktivnom proizvodnjom, te spominje vezu između aditivne proizvodnje i topološkog optimiranja. Treće poglavlje rada detaljno opisuje smisao, proces i upotrebu topološkog optimiranja. Uključuje matematičku podlogu, vrste optimiranja, računalne programe i niz prednosti koje topološko optimiranje može ponuditi u transportnoj industriji. U četvrtom poglavlju se povezuju aditivna proizvodnja i topološko optimiranje, u koracima se opisuje princip rada i na koje stvari je potrebno pripaziti kada se materijal obrađuje postupcima aditivne proizvodnje. U petom poglavlju je na praktičnom primjeru topološkog optimiranja nosača sjedala prikazan i objašnjen proces topološkog optimiranja. U šestom poglavlju se nalazi detaljan prikaz rezultata dobivenim topološkim optimiranjem u računalnom programu „Altair Inspire“.
Abstract (english)
The master thesis deals with the topology optimization method on the practical example of train seat support. Topology optimization was performed using the computer program "Altair Inspire". The paper considers the use of additive manufacturing for the purpose of realizing a complex structure obtained by topology optimization. After the introduction, the second chapter of the paper describes the process of additive manufacturing, compares it with subtractive manufacturing, and mentions the connection between additive manufacturing and topology optimization. The third chapter of the paper describes in detail the meaning, process and use of topology optimization. It includes the mathematical background, types of optimizations, computer programs, and a number of advantages that topology optimization can offer in the transportation industry. In the fourth chapter, additive manufacturing and topology optimization are connected, the working principle is described in steps and what behaviour the material has when processed by additive manufacturing procedures. In the fifth chapter, the process of topology optimization is shown and explained on the practical example of topology optimization of seat supports. In the sixth chapter, there is a detailed presentation of the results obtained by topology optimization in the "Altair Inspire" computer program.
