Abstract
Rad obuhvaća teoretsku razradu operativnog menadžmenta te projektnog menadžmenta kao dijela koji pripada operativnom. Objašnjene su organizacijske strukture te mehanizam donošenja odluka. Praktični dio rada razrađuje provedbu projekta na stvarnom poslovnom subjektu proširenjem djelatnosti. Projekt je predstavljen kao dvije različite inačice po pitanju financiranja, kreditiranjem ili kreditiranjam i sredstvima iz tekućeg poslovanja. Rad sadrži metode vrednovanja i nadzora projekta poput Gantovog i Pertovog dijagrama te simulacije mogućeg ishoda Monte Carlo metodom.
