Abstract
U ovom radu obrađen je zadatak konstruiranja portalne pomične dizalice i njenog zahvatnog sredstva, to jest samokočne hvataljke koja omogućuje prijenos čeličnih ploča. U uvodu su ukratko objašnjene postojeće vrste dizalica te njihovi principi rada. Nadalje su razmotrene pomične portalne dizalice, njihov princip rada te pojedina konstrukcijska rješenja nosive konstrukcije dizalice i pripadajućih podsklopova. Pregledom tržišta razrađeno je nekoliko koncepata, te je odabrano najprikladnije rješenje na temelju zadanih uvjeta. Zatim slijedi proračun i konstrukcija samokočne hvataljke prema zadanim parametrima. Nakon toga provjerava se zadovoljava li nosiva konstrukcija proračun čvrstoće, krutosti, stabilnosti i kritičnih spojeva. Pri završetku rada odabiru se mehanizam za dizanje, vitlo i ostale standardne komponente prema zahtjevima zadatka. Model i tehnička dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu SolidWorks.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the task of constructing a portable gantry crane and its gripping mechanism, i.e. a vertical lifting clamp that enables the transfer of steel plates. In the introduction, the existing types of cranes and their working principles are briefly explained. Portable gantry crane, their operating principle and individual constructional solutions of the load-bearing structure of the crane and associated subassemblies are discussed. After reviewing the market, several concepts are developed, and the most appropriate solution was selected based on the given conditions. Then follows the calculation and construction of the vertical lifting clamp according to the given parameters. After that, it is checked whether the loadbearing structure meets the conditions regarding calculation of strength, rigidity, stability and critical joints. At the end of the work, the lifting mechanism, winch and other standard components are selected according to the requirements of the task. The model and technical documentation were created using the SolidWorks software package.
