Abstract
U sklopu izrade Završnog rada provedeno je umjeravanje etalonskog higrometra točke rose s hlađenim ogledalom. Provedena su mjerenja, analizirani su dobiveni rezultati te je izvršena procjena mjernih nesigurnosti. U ovom slučaju umjeravan je instrument proizvođača MBW, model 373H. Za potrebe umjeravanja mjerila vlažnosti zraka Laboratorij za procesna mjerenja koristi nekoliko etalonskih higrometara točke rose s hlađenim ogledalom, a jedan od njih korišten je kao kontrolni instrument u ovom radu (MBW 373LHX). Umjeravanje je provedeno u rasponu od -20 °C do 60 °C, u 5 točaka s intervalom od 20 °C. U području injišta/rosišta od -20 °C do 1 °C korišten je niskotemperaturni saturator, dok je za umjeravanje u području od 1 °C do 60 °C korišten visokotemperaturni saturator. U radu su opisane korištene metode umjeravanja, formulacije za proračun temperature zraka i temperature rošenja, načini mjerenja vlažnosti zraka, te su određene mjerne nesigurnosti koje se pojavljuju u svakom umjeravanju.
Abstract (english)
Within this bachelor thesis, the calibration of the standard dew/frost point hygrometer was carried out. The obtained results were analysed and measurement uncertainties were assessed. The instrument under calibration was produced by MBW company, model 373H. For the purposes of measuring air humidity, the Laboratory for Proccess Measurements uses several standard dew/frost point hygrometers with a cooled mirror. One of these hygrometers was used in this calibration as an controlling instrument (MBW 373LHX). Calibration was conducted in the dew point temperature range from -20 °C to 60 °C, in five points equally distributed with the interval of 20 °C between each point. In the range from -20 °C to 1 °C the low-range saturator was used, while the calibration in the range from 1 °C to 60 °C was performed using the high-range saturator. This thesis contains a description of used calibration methods, formulations for calculating air and dew point temperatures, methods of measuring air humidity, and a measurement uncertainties which appear in every type of calibration.
