Abstract
U ovom radu je obrađena tema strategija upravljanja u proizvodnim kompanijama. Opisan je pojam proizvodne kompanije i uloge iste u lancu opskrbe. Dan je uvid u strateški pristup upravljanja i razine strategija upravljanja unutar kompanije. Okarakterizirani su utjecaji na odabir strategije, te pokazatelji uspješnosti strategije. Navedene su i opisane neke od najčešće primjenjivanih strategija. Nerijetko strategije implementiraju i razvijaju vlastite alate koji omogućuju postizanje ciljeva na specifičan način. Prikazana je primjena Lean menadžmenta i model primjene Hoshin Kanri strategije na primjeru odabrane proizvodne kompanije.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the paper is management strategies in manufacturing companies. The study gives a description of the concept of a manufacturing company and its role in the supply chain and comprehends the strategic management approach and levels of management within the company. The study interpreters influence on strategy selection and indicators of strategy success. Some of the commonly used strategies are listed and characterized in the thesis. Often, strategies implement and develop their own tools that enable the achievement of goals in a specific way. The application of Lean management and the application model of the Hoshin Kanri strategy are presented on the example of chosen manufacturing company.
