Abstract
Diplomski rad je temeljen na automatskoj izmjeni alata (AIA). U postojeće okruženje portalnog glodaćeg centra za obradu kamena je integriran linearni izmjenjivač alata. U obzir su uzete gabaritne mjere stroja te vrsta držača alata, dok je rješenje prikazano i dokumentirano dostupnim CAD alatom. Teoretski dio obuhvaća specifikacije obrade materijala, opis i podjelu numerički upravljanih alatnih strojeva te obradnih centara. U obradne centre je integriran modul AIA, koji je u radu detaljno opisan i klasificiran. U konačnici rada je prikazana simulacija kretanja numerički upravljanih osi obradnog centra pomoću Vismach simulatoru LinuxCNC okruženja.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is based on automatic tool changer (ATC). The linear tool changer is integrated into the existing environment of the gantry milling machine center for stone processing. The overall measures and type of tool holder were taken into account, while solution was presented and documented using available CAD software. The theoretical part includes material processing specifications, description and division of numerically controlled machine tools and machining centers. The ATC module is classified and described in detail. At the end of the thesis, simulation of automatic tool change is presented using Vismach simulator in LinuxCNC environment.
