Abstract
Površinska hrapavost predstavlja vrlo važan aspekt u izradi i funkcionalnosti strojnih dijelova. Jedan od postupaka pomoću kojih se utječe na stupanj hrapavosti obrađivane površine je proces okruglog brušenja koji podrazumijeva odvajanje čestice s obratka korištenjem abrazivnih zrnaca. Cilj okuglog brušenja je povećanje nosivosti površine uz postizanje visokih razina geometrijske i dimenzijske točnosti u kvaliteti obrađivane površine. Adekvatno obrađena površina može poboljšati izgled proizvoda, njegovu otpornost na trošenje, smanjiti trenje i otpor te omogućiti bolje prianjanje premaza ili maziva. Cilj ovog rada je optimizacija režima obrade brusnog obradnog centra za okruglo brušenje naziva Kellenberger 1000 te olakšani odabir režima obrade za različite vrste materijala kako bi se udovoljili strogi zahtjevi na kvalitetu obrađivanih dijelova i njihove tolerancije oblika.
Abstract (english)
Surface roughness is a very important aspect in the production and functionality of machine parts. One of the processes used to influence the degree of roughness of the treated surface is the process of cylindrical grinding, which implies the separation of the particle from the workpiece by abrasive grains. The goal of cylindrical grinding is to increase the load capacity of the surface while achieving a high level of geometric and dimensional accuracy in the quality of the treated surface. An adequately processed surface can improve the appearance of the product, its resistance to wear, reduce friction and resistance, and enable better adhesion of coatings or lubricants. The aim of this work is to optimize the processing parameters of the Kellenberger 1000 grinding machining center for cylindrical grinding and facilitate the selection of processing parameters for different types of materials in order to meet the stricter requirements on the quality of the processed parts and their shape tolerance.
